A tired 1990s residence in Scottsdale, opened into light. The house was recast as a calm, sophisticated dwelling: a quiet palette, rooms that work, and a daily life that feels unhurried.
The kitchen is the working heart — custom millwork, a butler’s pantry, a generous island with seating, and appliances held to the standard of the house. Warm oak floors, honed stone, and textured plaster sit against matte black and soft brass.
The primary suite was drawn as a retreat. Lighting and layered shades pull desert light across the rooms and frame the landscape — a house of calm, and of practical living.
